I trained in Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists in 1999, and set up my practice in Hitchin in early 2001. Over the last 8 years I have built up a thriving practice and have treated many different conditions with Reflexology.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and committed
to their programme of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
to maintain and improve on my standards and knowledge in the world of Reflexology.

Reflexology is a wonderful treatment to give and receive, and I never stop being amazed at the positive results it achieves in improving the well being of the people I treat.

In 2004 I trained in EFT and added this wonderful technique to

I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to travel to Bosnia several times with the charity Healing Hands Network who send complementary therapists of every description to treat the victims of the recent war.  It was a very humbling and worthwhile experience, and I would urge other therapists to think about joining Healing Hands Network.  I am very happy to talk to therapists about my time in Bosnia and answer any questions you have.
