What can Reflexology help me with?
Reflexology has been used to treat a wide range of health problems including headaches and migraine, insomnia, digestive problems, general aches and pains including arthritis and many more, too numerous to list here. In fact there are practically no limits to what Reflexology can be used to treat. I have found that conditions caused by stress seem to respond particularly well to Reflexology, and as it is estimated that 80% of all health issues are stress related, this covers quite a few problems. In fact I believe that 80% is a conservative estimate and that nearly all health problems are in some way related to stress or tension, if only that the symptoms are made worse or more prolonged by worry and anxiety. (Also see my EFT website for more advice on how to manage these negative emotions)
Reflexology can be used safely for most medical conditions and alongside medication and treatment from your doctor. If after taking a comprehensive medical history from you at your first appointment, there is any doubt as to whether Reflexology would be suitable for you, I may ask you to seek your GP's permission. On these rare occasions where treatment may not be suitable I will of course not charge you for the appointment.

Full price - £30.00

Babies and toddlers - £12.00
I offer a 10% discount when 4 or more treatments at full price are paid for in advance.

Can I have Reflexology if I am ticklish?
Many people worry that their feet will be simply too ticklish to be able to have Reflexology. In reality the pressure applied to the feet during a treatment is at just the right level to be comfortable and not at all ticklish. I have treated many people who are normally very ticklish, and they have enjoyed Reflexology and even fallen asleep!
I'm pregnant. Can I have Reflexology?
Yes, and you will find that Reflexology can be wonderful throughout pregnancy to alleviate any symptoms such as nausea, heartburn, and back ache. Reflexology can also prepare you for the birth and is fabulous for new mums too! I am happy to treat you throughout your pregnancy and you need not wait until you reach 12 weeks.
