About Me, Sarah Holland MAR EFT-CC


 I trained in Reflexology with the Association of Reflexologists from 1999 to 2000. In the spring of 2001 I set up my practice at my home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and in the last 5 years have built up a full-time practice and gained experience in treating an extremely wide range of conditions.

In January 2004 I was introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and trained as a practitioner through Gary Craig's excellent video courses and then studied Advanced EFT with Tania Prince in Manchester. Every day I am amazed by the results I see with EFT, none more so than in my specialist area of work - Fertility, Pregnancy & Birth.
In September 2004 and June 2005 I travelled to Bosnia with the charity Healing Hands Network who send complementary therapists of every description to treat the victims of the recent war. I hope to return again in 2006.

I am committed to ongoing training and development in both Reflexology and EFT and I keep my skills up to date so that I can offer the best possible treatment to my clients. I have a keen interest in nutrition and the mind-body link and believe that we all need to take responsibility for our own health and well-being.

I have also found that Life Coaching has helped me focus both in my career and personal life and enabled me to achieve goals that I may have not previously thought possible. If you would like to contact my Life Coach, Jo Williams please email her.

I recently attended Gary Craig's first UK conference - Mastering EFT - over 3 days, and was privileged to not only meet Gary Craig but also many very talented EFT practitioners from all over the world. I am pictured below (on the right) with Gary Craig and Lynda Jakiro who offers EFT in Worthing.
